Our Academic Path

01

FRESHMAN CLASSES

At many colleges, students generally spend their freshman year completing general education or core courses, as they are typically not allowed to enroll in their major until their sophomore year. We recommend that our student-athletes attend Clayton State University for one year to complete these core classes. After completing our one-year postgraduate program, student-athletes may have the opportunity to transfer to another college to continue both their education and basketball career.

02

Clayton State Academic Requirements for In-State Students

SIA is looking for student-athletes with a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher, making them eligible for the HOPE Scholarship. Although our athletes will attend CSU for their academic coursework, they will participate in our Post-Grad Basketball program, which is separate from the college's athletic programs and campus.
